I met Abe at an open house I went to spur of the moment, with little to no knowledge of how to buy a house or where to start. Abe made the conversation very easy and very natural, he answered all of the questions for me that I had and ones that he couldn't he got me in touch with a member of his team who could. He got me on track with the finance company and was patient with me as I worked my way towards being approved. Once I was pre-approved Abe was there asking me questions about my dream home, and the were requirements for me and my family. He was patient with us and our children having to do zoom meetings and phone calls after bedtime and dinners. We even at times had to bring kids to showings, where Abe was completely understanding and helpful with the situation. Abe walked us through the process of the type of financing that we were working with, what to look out for and what could make or break our deal. If there was ever a concern with him on a property he expressed the concern, his reasoning behind the concern, and a solution to find more information. I feel like Abe did everything he could to cater to me my family, and our situation, and made sure that we were well taken care of. Then when we found our home he walked us through every step to get the most out of our deal and make sure that we were one hundred percent comfortable with our home.
