Abe is an Associate Broker and the Owner of Lemonade Real Estate. He has built a reputation for combining strategic expertise, unwavering service, and genuine human connection to create an elevated real estate experience. As a lifelong Utahn, Abe understands that buying or selling a home is far more than a transaction. It is one of life’s defining moments. His mission is to serve as a trusted guide who protects his clients, simplifies complex decisions, and helps families move confidently toward the next chapter of their lives.

Abe’s professional background is uniquely diverse and deeply rooted in leadership. He proudly serves as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve. His years of military leadership have shaped his ability to remain calm under pressure, solve problems decisively, and lead with integrity. His military experience is complemented by a strong academic foundation, including a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Weber State University and two Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Utah. Combined with advanced real estate licensure as an Associate Broker and years of high-level sales performance, Abe offers his clients a rare blend of strategy, emotional intelligence, and advocacy in today’s competitive and constantly evolving market.

Throughout his career, Abe has consistently been recognized as one of Utah’s top-performing real estate professionals. He was honored as Rookie of the Year at his first brokerage. He is a multi-year recipient of the Realtor Top 500 award. He has been recognized with the prestigious Masters Award, Legends Award, and Icon Award at his current brokerage Masters Utah Real Estate. These recognitions reflect far more than sales volume alone. They represent Abe’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and the long-term relationships he works tirelessly to build with his clients, colleagues, and community.

At the heart of Abe’s life is his family. He has been married to his wife Hannah since 2015, and together they are raising four daughters: Wynn, Millie, Bennie, and Savvy. Fatherhood has profoundly shaped his perspective on home, legacy, and the importance of creating spaces where families can build traditions, celebrate milestones, and make lifelong memories. That understanding is woven into the philosophy of Lemonade Real Estate and the way Abe serves every client who entrusts him with their journey.

Outside of real estate and military service, Abe enjoys weight training, boxing, snowboarding, learning the saxophone, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. Whether leading soldiers, being a family man, negotiating contracts, or helping families find the right home, Abe approaches every role with the same core mission: to elevate and inspire those he serves.
